At, we offer free delivery on all orders over £20.00 to the United Kingdom. If you want to get your items even faster, we also offer Express Delivery and First Class Delivery to our UK customers on selected products.

Your delivery options can vary depending on a variety of factors, including product weight, size and delivery address. FREE Delivery

Our Free delivery service (excluding the Channel Islands) for all products from usually takes 3-5 working days from date of order.

First Class Delivery (UK only)

The estimated delivery time for First Class Delivery is 2-3 working days from date of order. Please be aware that you will be charged for this delivery option. Charges range from £1.99 to £8.99 depending on the type and weight of items in your basket. With First Class Delivery, your order will be delivered in 1-2 business days from date of order.

Express Delivery (UK only)

Eligible orders placed before the cut-off time displayed during the checkout process will arrive on the next working day. Delivery costs range from £10.99 to £25.99 per delivery.

  • Cancelling items, changing your card details or your billing address after you have placed your order could mean that your order is no longer eligible for Express Delivery.
  • For your order to qualify for Express Delivery, your credit card must be successfully charged before the deadline displayed in the checkout.
  • During the checkout process, if for any reason your items no longer qualify for Express Delivery (for example, if the order deadline passes or if stock runs out), this will affect the estimated delivery date.
  • Some deliveries may require a signature. If delivery is delayed as a result of there being no one present to receive the package, you will not be refunded delivery rates.
  • Applies to most delivery addresses within mainland UK.

We hope that you're pleased with your purchase from Cinema Snacks, however we do understand that occasionally, you may need to return goods to us. We've set out below the main reasons why goods tend to be returned, so please read all of the categories and follow the returns process which you feel applies to you.

Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged, or refuse to accept the delivery. Please also contact us within 3 days with details of the damage. This will help us considerably in raising the matter with our appointed courier. Once the damaged goods have been received back into our warehouse, then we will replace them within 2 working days.

Goods Not As Ordered
If you receive goods from us that differ from what you have ordered, then we strongly recommend that you notify us as soon as possible by emailing us at

If You Have Simply Changed Your Mind
If you have ordered goods from us, but then simply decided that you wish to cancel your order, then you are entitled to do so and have any money that you have paid to us refunded, provided that (a) the goods have not been in your possession for more than 7 Working Days after the day on which you received the goods ('Working Day' means all days other than Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays); and (b) you tell us in writing (by emailing that you wish to cancel your order. Please note that you may not cancel any goods ordered from us where any of the items has been unsealed by you.

You will receive a refund via your original payment method as soon as reasonably practicable, but no later than 14 days after the cancellation of your order has been received by us in writing. will refund the cost of sending an item back to us if it’s defective, damaged or incorrect and in many cases, we’ll provide you with a pre-paid returns label. If your return is not the result of an error, and you’re using a pre-paid return label, we’ll deduct the cost of the return from your refund. For returns from within the UK, costs start at £3.99. Please note that returns that contain multiple items, or large items, may cost more. We offer various returns methods which will differ depending on the item(s) you’re returning.
